... has been long and exciting – I wouldn’t want it any other way. I started 14 years ago working on the phones selling B2B. I quickly realised that talking and building relationships was one of my strong points.

After this, I was encouraged to move into an account management role and was then promoted to lead that team. I've moved through a number of operational management roles and was then given the opportunity to build a brand new product accuracy audit team to ensure all our products were correct for our customers at all times.

After managing this team for a number of years, I was looking for a new challenge. I was asked to project manage the onboarding of a Third Party call centre to assist with our busy times helping customers. This was something I had never done before, but I was encouraged and supported by everyone to use the experience and knowledge I’d learned at Moneysupermarket Group over the years.

Completing this project was a fantastic achievement for me and the call centre. As a result, I was moved into a new role as our 3rd Party Relationship Manager, given a number of other third parties to manage and lead other projects within the Customer Operations, and I love it!

The individual value that is given to each person who works here is incredible. It’s fast-paced, exciting and the benefits are fantastic. And though teams working across multiple sites can make it challenging, and sometimes I miss the face-to-face interaction, Moneysupermarket Group is always investing in new technology to keep collaboration levels at a really high level and everyone’s embracing this.
