Offering strategic advice and pragmatic solutions to complex issues, our Legal team enables a wide range of activity, including M&A, commercial contracts, brand protection and governance.
People
Supporting our colleagues across business partnering, development, engagement, talent acquisition, reward, payroll, our People team defines and delivers our people strategy of developing a culture of inclusion, innovation, and delivery at pace.
Procurement
Looking after our processes, governance and controls to minimise risk and keep our customer and colleague data safe, Procurement helps us build mutually beneficial relationships in our supply chain to deliver value.
Risk and Compliance
Working closely with colleagues across our company, this team helps make sure all risk and compliance matters are identified, managed and mitigated throughout our operational change activities.
Strategy and Investor Relations
Giving all information we need to the Executive and Board whilst keeping investors up to date on how the Group is doing, this team helps all our major strategic decision making.
Workplace
Looking after our physical spaces and making sure it's fit for purpose, this team supports colleagues across our locations, including specialist facilities, office management, catering and health and safety.
