...initially on Car Insurance and Mobile and latterly across Mobile and Services. I’ve learned a considerable amount from the teams I’ve worked with, and love that the company really supports their employees to grow in their careers.

The opportunities to learn and grow are great. We use so many different technologies, and are constantly trying to improve across the business. In terms of our tools and ways of working, there’s always something new to learn.

It can be pretty fast paced in a delivery team. We want to get new features in front of our customers quickly to see what works and sometimes need to pivot on the changing needs of the business. I feel so lucky to work with so many smart, creative people across the business. Everyone is happy to help each other out as we’re all aiming for the same goals.

The one thing to remember when you join us – keep a growth mindset. None of us know everything, there are always things to learn, and we should be working together to help share knowledge across the business.
