How would you describe your job?

My job is like a detective, I investigate when something is not looking right, tracking it down to the root of the problem and come up with solution.

What is the favourite part of your job?

I love the variance of data projects I can get my hands on here! It can be as small as improving dashboard user experience to tackling business problems.

How important is having the room to grow at work for you?

According to Statista, as of Feb 2023, an average person in the UK works 36.6 hours per week. Therefore, I would like to enjoy myself at work, and without the room to grow, there won’t be improvements, sense of accomplishments and less interesting.

Human connection is paramount in the workplace, what advice do you have to foster connections and purpose?

Besides attending company social events, connection can also be built by checking in with your colleges. More, don’t be afraid to start conversation, it can be as simple as a compliment on their outfit!


What’s on your bucket list to tick off?

Going on a road trip in the States is on my bucket list to tick off, camp wherever we stop, simply just enjoy each other’s company and the view we drive pass.
